Awesome book. Especially for the very young child who is just learning colors. Then it is great for the emerging reader due to the repetitive line.

I love this book. I have it memorized as I used to recite it in the car to my girls when they were little
I like reading Where the Wild Things Are, it keeps the imagination open for kids.
It is great for imagination. At a lettle older age it cool when kids understand enough to realize that it was all a dream that the child had.
